Spring Clean Your Balcony Contest
Spring is in the air here in Baltimore, MD and we want to celebrate the fresh air and flowering trees. What better way to do that than to spring clean our balconies & patios and get ourselves set up to sit outside? So get your brooms and dustpans ready, and let’s get our patios and balconies ready for that morning cup of coffee, or weekend reading in the sun. We hosted this contest last year with much success and are looking forward to it again this year. Just look at all of the wonderful submissions from our contest last year. So how do you enter? 3) Post your photo to our wall on Facebook

Our Hirschfeld team will then look at all of your submissions and choose a winner at each property (Eagles Walk, Ridge View, Steeplechase, & Tall Oaks only.) The winner will win a $50 gift card.
