August 23, 2014 Community Yard Sale at Steeplechase Apartment Homes

Ladies and gentlemen….. you asked (see below)…. WE LISTENED!  Announcing our first EVER Community Yard Sale here at Steeplechase Apartment Homes!  Words cannot express how excited we are for this event!!! On August 23, 2014 from 8 am – 1 pm we’ll be hosting a Community Yard Sale for our residents.  Do you have any items in your apartment home you would like to sell?  Perhaps you are searching for some new items for your own Apartment Home?  This is your opportunity!  Residents at Steeplechase Apartment Homes are welcome to participate!   In order to participate and sell your own items at the Yard Sale you must reserve a space by August 18, 2014 by calling the leasing office at (443) 505-2242.  Don’t forget to bring your own tables, to display your goods and please remember to bring supplies or mark the prices on your items in advance. Space is available on a first come first serve basis on the morning of the event.   The day of the Community Yard Sale please see one of the members of our staff and you will be asked to sign in at 7:45 AM  Once you sign in, you will have an opportunity to set up and the event will be open to shoppers by 8 AM!  All participants will be responsible for set-up and clean-up. We are looking forward to a good turnout, and hope to see you all there.  If you do not wish to sell anything, but can’t wait to shop – all you need to do is show up to Steeplechase Apartment Homes between 8 am – 1pm and shop the day away!
