Residents Are Invited to Join us for Game Night

Tired of the monotonous grind of the work week? Looking to get your competitive juices flowing? Want to mingle with your fellow Tall Oaks residents? All of the above? Come on out to the Game Night at the Tall Oaks Clubhouse Thursday, September 18th from 7 to 9 PM!

Are you a card shark? Try your hand in a variety of card games! More of a financial whiz? We will be playing Monopoly as well. Put on your detective hat and sit down for a game of Clue, or get in touch with your mischievous side over Trouble. Uno and Guesstures are among the other games we will have for a night of friendly competition and fun.

Kids are welcome, as long as they’re supervised by adults! Snacks and refreshments will be served, which is reason enough by itself to show up.

Game Night is for Tall Oaks residents only, so come on out on Thursday, 9/18 at 7 PM for a lively night of gaming!

Storage Bins Were a Huge Hit at the Community Yard Sale

The Community Yard Sale held at Steeplechase Apartment Homes in Cockeysville, MD on August 23, 2014 was lots of fun!  This event included over 6 tables worth of items for sale from our current residents.  All of the items were in great condition and was very appealing to the buyers.  Speaking of buyers, we had over 80 people show up to peruse the goods!  There were a wide variety of items for sale including unworn clothing, jewelry, purses, storage bins (which were a HUGE hit) and all different types of household items.  Our staff was on hand and provided donuts for the residents who were selling goods. Where Are Our Giving Back Efforts Going to Focus This Month?

Here at Steeplechase Apartment Homes in Cockeysville, Md we host resident appreciation events each and every month.  We have held events from Wine & Cheese Night to Community Yard Sales, Bingo Contests, and much more!  Several times each year we try to organize these events and efforts in a way that can help others outside of our community as well.  September 2014 is one of those months.  This month we are collecting items to be donated to the Maryland School for the Blind.  The Maryland School for the Blind is a private resource center, providing outreach, school, and residential programs to children and youth from infancy to 21 years of age who are blind or visually impaired.  Currently we are collecting specific items to donate to this school.  The list of items include: [Read more…]
