Swimming Pool FAQs for Eagles Walk & Ridge View Residents & Guests

Summer is officially here and we are all very excited!  Now that the pool is open 6 days of the week we wanted to answer some of the wonderful questions we have received on Facebook & Twitter, here on our blog!

What is the policy for guest passes at the swimming pool?  Guest passes can be purchased for $5 per person at the Leasing Office during normal business hours. Guest pool passes can be purchased for up to 4 guests, and these are daily passes. This guest pass is only good for the day and must be presented to the lifeguard on duty.

What types of flotation devices are allowed in the swimming pool?  Flotation devices are not permitted at any time; with the exception of life vests only.  Any life vest must be approved by the United States Coast Guard to be used.  If a child uses such a life vest, a parent or guardian must accompany the child in the water at all times. Kicking off the Summer Poolside in White Marsh, MD

The Summer of 2014 has officially kicked off here at Eagles Walk & Ridge View Apartment Homes in White Marsh, MD!  The staff at Eagles Walk hosted a pool party for all of our residents on June 14th, 2014.  The weather this past Saturday was unbelievable, and we couldn’t have asked for a better day!  Food was served, along with refreshments; and even some games for the kids.  Our FREE Resident Appreciation Events have become a great opportunity for us to watch our residents get to know each other, see the kids have fun together, as well as providing an opportunity for all of us to have some FUN.  We want to thank all of our residents who attended this event for making this such a success; and we are already looking forward to many more Summer Fun Activities! Residents at Eagles Walk & Ridge View Stop by the Leasing Office and Reach into the Pot O’ Gold to Claim Your Prize

Eagles Walk Apartment Homes & Ridge View Apartment Homes in White Marsh, MD would like to offer our residents a chance to win a prize!  All you need to do is come by the leasing office during office hours (Eagles Walk hours click here, for Ridge View office hours click here) and reach into our pot of gold!  We’ll be giving a free prize to each resident who stops by.  Items on our list of prizes include a chance at a free carpet cleaning, free guest pass, free gym pass, some gift cards, and more.  So what do you need to do to claim your prize?  Just stop by, and while you are there we would love to take your photo and share it on our Eagles Walk or Ridge View Facebook pages to show other residents what prize you won!
