April is Autism Awareness month and we would like you to join us in celebration of awareness, inclusion, appreciation, acceptance, and action. If you would like to make a donation in support of this effort we will be accepting donations throughout the entire month of April. The Autism Society is celebrating 50 years of support this year. If you are unable to donate but you would like to learn about other ways to get involved and support this organization, you can learn more here. The Autism Society improves the lives of all affected by autism through education, advocacy, services, research and support.

Event Follow-Up; FREE Breakfast at Eagles Walk

Eagles Walk Breakfast Fun
On Friday September 19, 2014 the residents at Ridge View & Eagles Walk Apartment Homes in White Marsh, MD were invited to breakfast! Here at Hirschfeld we like to show our residents they are appreciated each and every month. In September we decided to invite our residents to join us for a FREE hot breakfast here in the clubhouse. The breakfast for this event included fresh scrambled eggs, delicious French toast, pancakes, hot sausage, potatoes, and fruit. The breakfast also included a variety of beverages; including coffee, and orange juice.
We had over 20 residents join in the festivities, with the French toast being the biggest hit! From what we could gather, the morning seemed to include some very happy residents, who were able to take some time for themselves and sit down to a hot breakfast. What could be better than a hot FREE breakfast served to you (no cooking or cleanup required) before heading out for the day? The team here at Eagles Walk hopes this breakfast helped to start your Friday morning off on the right foot. 🙂 Don’t forget to “Like Us” on Facebook to make sure you don’t miss our next FREE resident appreciation event.
Great Time at Eagles Walk Community Yard Sale

Community Yard Sale at Eagles Walk Apartment Homes
Although there was a slight drizzle on the crowd during the Community Yard Sale at Eagles Walk Apartment Homes in White Marsh, MD; the warm weather and slightly overcast skies made for a great back drop to our event! Residents came and set up their stations early in the morning and set out their items to sell for the day. The team here at Eagles Walk provided coffee and danishes for breakfast and once the coffee kicked in, we certainly saw an early morning rush of shoppers, looking for some great deals. Around lunch time there were hot dogs, chips, and soda set out for our residents to enjoy. It seemed like the big sellers at this year’s Community Yard Sale were children’s clothing, toys, and shoes. We were so happy to see residents helping to rid their apartment home of items they no longer needed, and also happy to see new residents be able to purchase items at a discounted rate that they needed for their apartment home. Swimming Pool FAQs for Eagles Walk & Ridge View Residents & Guests
Summer is officially here and we are all very excited! Now that the pool is open 6 days of the week we wanted to answer some of the wonderful questions we have received on Facebook & Twitter, here on our blog!
What is the policy for guest passes at the swimming pool? Guest passes can be purchased for $5 per person at the Leasing Office during normal business hours. Guest pool passes can be purchased for up to 4 guests, and these are daily passes. This guest pass is only good for the day and must be presented to the lifeguard on duty.
What types of flotation devices are allowed in the swimming pool? Flotation devices are not permitted at any time; with the exception of life vests only. Any life vest must be approved by the United States Coast Guard to be used. If a child uses such a life vest, a parent or guardian must accompany the child in the water at all times. [Read more…]

The Summer of 2014 has officially kicked off here at Eagles Walk & Ridge View Apartment Homes in White Marsh, MD! The staff at Eagles Walk hosted a pool party for all of our residents on June 14th, 2014. The weather this past Saturday was unbelievable, and we couldn’t have asked for a better day! Food was served, along with refreshments; and even some games for the kids. Our FREE Resident Appreciation Events have become a great opportunity for us to watch our residents get to know each other, see the kids have fun together, as well as providing an opportunity for all of us to have some FUN.
