If you would like to share your recipes & poems with your fellow residents, we would love to help make these wonderful ideas & creations more known. Here at Tall Oaks we will be creating and printing out a newsletter and delivering it to each of our apartment homes. We are hoping for this to be a way to share ideas, information (pool openings, resident events, open house information, etc) and overall fun. So if you like to write, we would love to read it, if you like to cook we would like to share your recipes with your neighbors. So please submit your entries today! Join us on February 12, 2015 from 7-9pm for our Valentine’s Day Movie Night. Our Resident Appreciation Event will be held in the Clubhouse here at our apartment homes in Laurel, Maryland and is for residents only. Come and join your neighbors for our movie night, refreshments will be served! We hope to see you there!
Red Carpet Wine & Cheese Night
Last year we held our first ever, Resident Wine & Cheese Night and we had a great time. This year we’ll be hosting it again & , rolling out the red carpet. We’ll be serving a variety of wines, red & white, and encouraging our residents to try something new. We’ll also have a variety of cheese & crackers to snack on while you visit with your neighbors. You are also welcome to bring the kids along; as we will have some soda & chips to share with the younger crowd. So take a moment this month and get to know some of your neighbors. Take a break for yourself and share in a “happy hour” within walking distance from home. We hope to see you all there.

Tall Oaks Apartment Homes in Laurel, MD is inviting our residents to join us tomorrow, October 30, 2014 from 7-9:30 pm for a combined Resident Information Session & Halloween Party. During the event we’ll be serving free pizza & candy and costumes are welcome! We’ll even be holding a costume contest for best costume!
Our team will be sharing safety tips, rules for Trick or Treating and also providing you an opportunity to meet some of your neighbors or visit with those you already know! So if you are a resident here at Tall Oaks Apartment Homes, come and join us! Please RSVP with us on Facebook so we know how much Pizza and Candy to have on hand!
Also, if you are unable to make it tomorrow please remember that Friday is Halloween and residents are welcome to trick or treat here. However, if you wish to not be disturbed by Trick or Treaters this Halloween, please put a sign on your door asking “Do Not Disturb.” If you are planning to Trick or Treat door-to-door on Friday please remember all Trick or Treating needs to be over by 8p.m.

Tired of the monotonous grind of the work week? Looking to get your competitive juices flowing? Want to mingle with your fellow Tall Oaks residents? All of the above? Come on out to the Game Night at the Tall Oaks Clubhouse Thursday, September 18th from 7 to 9 PM!
Are you a card shark? Try your hand in a variety of card games! More of a financial whiz? We will be playing Monopoly as well. Put on your detective hat and sit down for a game of Clue, or get in touch with your mischievous side over Trouble. Uno and Guesstures are among the other games we will have for a night of friendly competition and fun.
Kids are welcome, as long as they’re supervised by adults! Snacks and refreshments will be served, which is reason enough by itself to show up.
Game Night is for Tall Oaks residents only, so come on out on Thursday, 9/18 at 7 PM for a lively night of gaming!
