We know folks, no one likes to lose an hour of sleep when you wake up tired from the day before. Sadly there is nothing we can do to fix it but we can inform you about setting your clocks back so that you don’t wake up late. After all, you don’t want to be that person who shows up to working thinking you’re on time but in reality you are an hour late. Of course, we can tell you all about changing the time but if you use your cell phone as your alarm clock then you don’t have to worry: the time changes automatically so that you don’t have to worry about the time. So try going to sleep an hour early to keep your regular sleeping schedule to not feel tired the next day. At least we have spring and summer to look forward to right? (Yes!!) So don’t forget to forward your clocks on March 13, 2016 at 2:00 a.m.!
