Eagles Walk Ice Cream Social 2014

On Saturday, August 23, 2014, Eagles Walk Apartment Homes hosted its Resident Appreciation Event for August.  The event this month was an Ice Cream Social and included lots of delicious ice cream flavors, toppings, and giveaways for the kids.  This year for our giveaways we included some school supplies in our special Hirschfeld net bags.  These bags included pencils, a pencil box, a compensation notebook, and some erasers.  Perfect for back to school supplies!  If you still haven’t purchased your back-to-school supplies here are some great tips for taking advantage of back to school sales!

For our Ice Cream Social this year, we chose August since it is typically hot, humid, & super sunny…. However, sometimes Mother Nature has other things in mind & this year she certainly did.  The weather included some light rain and it was overcast but we still had fun; especially the kids – for some reason we had twice as many kids as adults at this particular resident appreciation event; we can’t imagine why!
