Tall Oaks $500 Resident Referral Credit

How would you like a $500 resident referral credit? Now, for a limited time residents of Tall Oaks Apartment Homes in Laurel, Maryland are eligible for a $500 credit upon referring a new resident to our community.

Typically, we offer our residents a $250 credit, but this month residents can receive a $500 credit for anyone that moves in this April.

In order for our residents to receive their credit, the prospective resident must mention your name as how they heard about us upon their initial visit. So, make sure to let your friends know how they can help you help them!
